Ongoing guidance
Throughout the year you can contact us. We think with you, answer questions and help you adjust the program as needed.

I already have a Focus set. Do I need to purchase new equipment?
No, not at all. Rather, this license is for people who already have the headphones, amplifier and balance board. You just need the digital access and guidance - which is exactly what we offer.
How soon am I back to work after applications?
After you have applied for the license and we have had brief contact for the intake, we activate your account. In most cases, you can get started within 24 hours.
What if I can't technically figure it out?
Then we'll help you. We'll guide you through setting up the app, running the volume test and checking that boneconduction is working properly. You don't have to figure it out on your own.
Can I change programs in the interim?
Yes. We tailor the program to what suits you at the time. If your situation changes or another protocol is a better fit, we'll think with you and adjust it accordingly.
What if I have questions about the exercises?
Then you can come to us. Throughout the entire 12 months, you're welcome to ask questions about the exercises, the program, progress or whatever. That's what we're here for.
Is there also an option if I don't have a set yet?
Yes. If you don't already have headphones, amplifier or balance board, you can request the complete starter kit from us. We provide everything you need to get started, including guidance.
