Many people regulate more easily when they don't have to travel, don't have to go into a waiting room and don't have to be “on” in an unfamiliar environment with someone with whom there is not yet a trusting relationship. At home, you can listen in a setting that your nervous system already knows and that you yourself are completely familiar with.

Every nervous system is different. Sometimes a person starts with minutes - but regularly the best start is seconds a day. This is not “slower,” but more precise: proper dosing prevents side effects and increases the likelihood of lasting changes.

Your body often gives feedback before your head does. We'll teach you very practically what you pay attention to (breath, jaw/neck, sensory sensitivity, sleep, tinnitus, energy), so you'll know when you're listening too long.
